Monday is the perfect day to set aside a little time to pause and rest deeply.
We’ll begin with a bit of flow to get us out of our heads and into our hearts. Once we’re warm we’ll slow it right down and move into restorative yoga. This practice is essential in the fifth gear world we live in. It helps us to let go and move from fight or flight mode into rest and digest, activating our parasympathetic nervous system, and omitting stress, overwhelm and burn out.
We’ll end with a deep meditation and mini sound bath. You’ll leave equipped to deal with the many stresses of daily life in London and float home into bed.
