Each session contains practical pauses (breathwork, meditation, movement etc), cognitive learnings, and group/paired discussion. Each session has an accompanying Pausing Blueprint to take away and implement. Recommended to be delivered hybrid remote and in person.

Team High Performance and Wellbeing Sessions

These sessions are designed for teams seeking improved wellbeing & performance. Topics are underpinned by behavioural science and psychology research. Recommended frequency is dependent on assessment results and ranges from weekly to monthly.
