Pause to Perform. Tech Leaders Afternoon Retreat.

  • Om Nom Upper Street London, England, N1 1QP United Kingdom (map)

Leading a team, or company is a challenging and sometimes lonely job. Especially in the current climate where pressure to perform is high. Stress, overwhelm, and burnout are rife, and can sneak up on us.

This event provides a new way for tech leaders to step back from the day to day, experience pausing, while learning from and, meeting others similar to themselves.

The day begins with a breathwork journey, recognising the importance of the breath as a tool to help us navigate our hectic and stressful lives. Through the breath we can let go of our masks and connect with what is really true and alive in us, accessing our inner power through the autonomic nervous system.

After enjoying a delicious afternoon tea, we’ll facilitate a structured yet open conversation in smaller groups. Together we will explore what it means to operate in the current climate, creating a space to share experiences and gain new insights and perspectives from peers.

Peppered throughout the day are mini pauses which form a stress alleviation toolkit that you can take away and experiment with.

Pausing allows us to embrace a state of being, a break from the constant doing. Because for you to do at your best, you must be at your best. We are, after all, human beings, not human do-ings.

You’ll share this experience with an intimate, handpicked group of fellow Revenue Leaders from high-growth businesses. The environment fosters a new way to connect with like minded peers.
