This Energy for 2025: Rest, Receive, No Rush
It’s only been a week of calling in this energy and not only do I feel so much more grounded, but already abundance is flowing my way!
Multiple new opportunities and synchronicities have appeared seemingly from nowhere.
Last year was my year of being in service, and boy did I serve! We helped hundreds of people pause via retreats, events, corporate sessions and studio classes. It was so rewarding and by the end of the year, I was filled with love & gratitude.
But, also that hustle business boss woman part of me was appearing a little too much. I ended the year a little burnt out. Ironic
So, this year of course I’ll still be in service of what I feel is my mission and purpose on this earth;
To help us pause, step back from the craziness, so we can live our best most fulfilled lives.
But I’ll just be doing it a little slower, with a bit more ease & grace.
Here are four ways you can call more of this energy into your days:
1. TAKE TIME TO PAUSE
Do tech timeouts. Throughout the day, make a conscious effort to step away from screens. This could involve a few deep breaths, a quick stroll outside, or simply taking a moment to really soak up your surroundings without getting distracted.
When you take the time to pause, even for a few minutes, you’ll get bursts of renewed energy to continue on your tasks for the day.
2. MINDFUL WALKS WITH NO PHONE
Mindful walks with no phone are a fantastic way to reconnect with yourself and the world around you. This routine reduces stress and anxiety. Walking itself is a great stress reliever, and removing the distraction of your phone allows you to truly unwind.
You can start small, take a route that’s familiar to you and gradually increase the time of your walks. It’s a simple yet powerful way to improve your well-being.
3. SLOW MORNINGS
Make a habit out of the slow morning routine. Instead of rushing out, slowly wake up, do mindful movements like stretching, eating a nourishing breakfast without distractions, even journaling.
This approach prioritizes quality over speed, setting a positive and relaxed tone for the rest of the day.
4. PHONE FREE BEDROOMS
The first step is to plug your phone in the kitchen overnight. Keeping your phone out of reach when it’s time to rest is a way to keep your bedroom the sanctuary for sleep and relaxation. Doing this routine will greatly improve your quality of rest. It’ll give you more energy and clarity throughout your day.
