Take 2-10 minutes to pause every day, ideally multiple times. This could be..

  • A cup of tea with no distractions.

  • 3 minute meditation.

  • Read 2 pages of a book.

  • 5 long, slow belly breaths.

  • A quick stretch.

Or anything that helps you come back to the moment & to yourself.

2. The Midweek Medium-Pause ⏸️

Take 30-60 minutes to pause every week. This could be..

  • A walk outside.

  • A game of tennis or any sport.

  • A therapy or coaching session.

  • Sitting down to do a puzzle.

  • A yoga or wellbeing class.

Or anything that helps you regulate your nervous system & come back to yourself.
