Join us to mark the end of summer and the beginning of autumn. 22nd Sept marks the Autumn Equinox where we again have equal amounts of light and dark in the day. After the high energy of summer, it’s the perfect time to pause, reflect & invite more balance into our days. This event is designed to leave you receptive to the new season, preparing ourselves to turn inward for Autumn.  

What we’ll be doing: 

• Intention setting ritual for Autumn with Cacao & card pull 

• Balancing breathwork & meditation 

• Gentle, restorative movement 

• Connecting with like minded people 

You’ll leave feeling reset, balanced and open to receive all the magic of  the Autumn season.

Time: 2-4pm 

Location: Weather permitting this will happen outside in Haggerston Park, if bad weather we’ll switch to a studio space in Shoreditch.
