Less than 10 minute pauses that can be done anywhere, anytime. Quick nervous system resets. Essential for after a stressful meeting, or before responding to a difficult email.

45-90 minute pauses designed to work on the deeper layers of stress build up in your nervous system. These are in person and online.

1-5 day immersive pauses. Step away from the day to day, give your whole system a break, learn new habits and practices that, once taken home, are truly transformative.
