Stress is the epidemic of our time.

Discover the power of pausing

There are three ways to pause:

  1. Mini pauses

  2. Medium pauses

  3. Immersive pauses

To perform at our best, and prevent burnout we need all three.

  • Less than 10 minute pauses that can be done anywhere, anytime. Quick nervous system resets. Essential for after a stressful meeting, or before responding to a difficult email.

  • 45-90 minute pauses designed to work on the deeper layers of stress build up in your nervous system. These are in person and online.

  • 1-5 day immersive pauses. Step away from the day to day, give your whole system a break, learn new habits and practices that, once taken home, are truly transformative.

Pausing allows us to embrace a state of being, not constant doing. We are, after all, human beings, not human do-ings.
